Shipping and Return Policy
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING AND PROCESSING?
Shipping is based on what you select at checkout. Processing time is 7-10 business days. For orders during holidays our shipping policy is 10-14 business days. This is the amount of time it takes to prepare your order. Our products are handmade in small batches which takes time to ensure we provide you with the highest quality of Curlz Galore.
You may receive a tracking number at any point in the 7-10 business day processing window. This just means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to update.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We prioritize the happiness of our customers, from packaging to the effectiveness of each product. All of our products are handmade in small batches with fresh organic herbs and ingredients; therefore all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, exchanges or returns.
Orders that are damaged during shipment will require a claim filed with USPS directly.
We do not accept order cancelations after 1 business day.
We drop off orders in batches, and we work as fast as we can to get as many orders as possible out on a daily basis.
