Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the method you select.
Processing Time: 3–5 business days. During holidays or high-volume restocks, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Our products are handmade, hand-filled, and hand-packaged in small batches to ensure the highest quality for your curls.
You may receive a tracking number at any point during the 3–10 business day processing window. This simply means your shipping label has been created—please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update once the package is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and location. Shipping time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Address: Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Curlz Galore is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Returned packages will require a reshipping fee.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
RETURNS
At Curlz Galore, every product is handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@curlzgalore.com.
After 24 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a confirmed error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution.
